Description
This actrylic on canvas painting is a mix of styles, Realism, Pop Art, Surrealism 1972 from my "Blue" period. Cigaretts were a major part of the 1970's culture. The original was 30"x46".
In the 1970's TRUE cigarettes were new and a popular brand, but they are no longer advertised. Lorillard Tobacco Company produced TRUE cigarettes as a premium brand. Trues had a plastic piece which prevents the top of the cigarette from being broken, torn, or crushed as any other cigarette can.

Amazing work! I used to smoke 3.5 to 4 packs a day! Quit Cold turkey May 6th 1990. Never touched another one since! I do miss it once in awhile though, L//F Cheers
